A Lifelong Terrell Dentist
Dr. Gwendolyn Kines-McLeod is a lifelong resident of Terrell, born in Kaufman County and raised locally, where she graduated valedictorian of Terrell High School. She worked full-time to put herself through college, attending Trinity Valley Community College before transferring to Texas A&M University–Commerce, where she earned a B.S. and later a master's degree in biology.
Education & Professional Background
She received a full four-year tuition scholarship to Baylor College of Dentistry, graduating third in her class and earning induction into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. Dr. Kines-McLeod opened her Terrell practice shortly after earning her Doctorate in Dental Surgery, and now brings over 20 years of experience to patients of all ages.
She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the North Texas Dental Society, and continues her education through the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Kines-McLeod and her team also volunteer their time through the practice's Love Revival Clinic, providing dental extractions to patients who could not otherwise afford care.
Outside the Office
Family, Animals, and Community
Outside the office, Dr. Kines-McLeod is a devoted animal lover and supporter of the Terrell Animal Adoption Center. She lives in Terrell with her husband, Tim, and they enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.
